I know that I've mentioned before that most people believe that Sophia has red hair. I'm not one of those people. However, what I know for sure is that she looks like me in lots of other ways. That's Sophia on the top and Mommy on the bottom.

I'm telling you...look at that little "widow's peak." She's your double! And I agree. The hair is light brown. There may be those who think it has red highlights (in certain light), but in your case...at the same age or right after your birth...there was no doubt. You were a redhead. Just one of the many ways you are a unique individual.

I see red highlight too. And you both have the same big eyes and long lashes. That's not one of your better baby pictures, however!
Forget the red hair debate...here's my take: if Sophia turns out to be as beautiful as her Mamma (and there is ample evidence here to indicate that will be the outcome) she will be a very blessed young woman indeed!!! By the way Grandpa Pete - how did you deal with the urge to lock your daughter in a closet until her 30th birthday?!!!!
